30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Veliz Glow, your satisfaction is our priority. For eligible hot tools and accessories purchased directly through our official website (www.velicaglow.com), we provide a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund to your original payment method. Please note: this policy applies exclusively to purchases made on our official website and does not extend to items bought via third-party retailers or resellers.

Conditions for Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee:

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact and suitable for resale.

  • Items that are returned with damaged packaging, missing parts, or visible signs of use may not qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original payment method. We do not offer product exchanges.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for the following items once they have been opened or used:

  • Hair Gem Stampers

  • Hair Towels

  • Heatless Curl Kits

  • Haircare Products

However, if any of these products arrive damaged, faulty, or not as advertised, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under your statutory rights. Faulty or incorrect items must be reported to us promptly upon receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@velizglow.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • Reason for the return

  • Batch code (found on the product label or handle)

  • Product name and colour variant

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please note that we do not cover return postage fees.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 30 days.

Purchases Made Through Other Retailers

If your Veliz Glow product was purchased through an authorised retailer or stockist, please reach out to them directly for any returns or exchanges. Their return policies will apply in such cases, and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not cover third-party purchases.
